Present

The only time I have is NOW. Yesterday, this morning, half hour ago, five minutes ago, once upon a time, last week, is all PAST, and there’s nothing we can do to change them. How we choose to spend NOW will affect the FUTURE (tomorrow, next week, three years from now, next hour). So, I must focus on NOW. I’m not saying forget the past and the future, but rather not to be too distracted by the PAST or the FUTURE that they impaired my judgement and decisions for NOW.
